My art is not a pursuit of truth, beauty, or any falsely mystical ideal.

It is a game.

A game composed of signifiers and contradictions.

There is nothing I can say that will change my work, though I have much to say.

If my paintings are successful I needn’t say anything at all.

I have made my intentions clear through my paintings.

It is the pursuit of these intentions that is the core of my work.

My paintings are riddles and the viewer must solve them.
